George Soros - I'm not here to cheer you up !

"I am not here to cheer you up. The situation is about as serious and difficult as i have experienced in my career" - George Soros

I'm not here to cheer you up. The situation is about as serious and difficult as i have experienced in my career." Soros tells Newsweek. "We're facing an extremely difficult time, comparable in many ways to the 1930s, the Great Depression. We're facing now a general retrenchment in the developed world, which threatens to put us in a decade of more stagnation, or worse. The best-case scenario is a deflationary environment. The worst case senario is a collapse of the financial system." As he sees it, the world faces one of the most dangerous period of modern history and the global economic system could even collapse altogether."

Soros stop betting on anything now? Why? He's holding cash?
What happen !

Trader vs Investor in Malaysia

Today, i surprised that received a facebook message from one of my relative :
"Do You Think CIMB Share can buy?"
"How about SUPERMAX?"

I noticed that Malaysians are less focus on investment education and investment knowledge. They tend to buy share without know-how. Majority of them, making fun in early stage of investment but after a huge losses, they tend to quit investment. Then, no interest to invest share anymore.

This cycle is keep looping and happen again and again. What's the root cause? Because there's no proper TV channel to improve investment knowledge in Malaysia.

Everyone is working hard but never get rich. :)

To invest successfully, you must know why you own this share?

Thanks.
