The HANG SENG index lost nearly 1.5% on Monday. After the closing bell, less than 10% of the index constituents are above their 20D MA (vs. 16% last Friday), and 28% of the shares are above their 50D MA (vs 40%). In mainland China, the CSI300 was broadly flat on Monday. After the market close, only 13% of the index constituents closed above their 20D MA (vs 16% last Friday).

  1. As far as specisl situations go'I believe that theirs a lot more special situation in the united states and europe with everything being up in the air as it were.
